Create an on-line enrollment from home, school site, or district office.

Please bring the following documents to school:

-Birth certificate
-Immunization record
-Proof of Tdap immunization for 7th and 8th grade students
-Proof of residency (utility bill or lease agreement). NO BANK STATEMENTS, PHONE CALLS OR CABLE BILLS.
